[OPEN] [GTW] Shantilly Framed Windows causes Sims to flicker

This happened to me once (or at least I realized it once). It was one of my children. He was sitting in a stool, eating. I remember he had the window at his back (I thougt it was a lighting problem), and he was at his house in the kitchen. When he finished and got off the stool the twinkle problem stopped. I don't have pictures or video sorry. But I saw it too.
