[OPEN] [GTW] Shantilly Framed Windows causes Sims to flicker

Is the bakery available on the gallery?  I'd need to take a look at it to be able to contribute anything meaningful.  From what I've seen in the videos, it is definitely a positional lighting issue.  We don't have anything like that currently noted as a build issue.
