[OPEN] [GTW] Shantilly Framed Windows causes Sims to flicker

The truth is the house where this happened took me a lot of effort and I had to rebuilt a lot. It happened in the street floor (meaning it was the nearest to the ground), but I have the highest foundations. Beside that, the second floor wasn´t used. I took off the floor and it was like double high walls (sorry english is not my motherlanguage and this is difficult to explain). In both floors I put big windows, so that the ilumination of the first floor came from the windows of the first and second floor.
