Thanks for doing that, gamore! So I took a look, but I could not reproduce your issue, regardless of whether I had the original roof on or deleted it and created a new one. However, I know Crin saw it. Perhaps the build needs to be placed on a specific lot? Can you tell me which lot you used? Also, what graphics card do you have? I'm running with an NVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti.
Hi!
The lote is where the library was, in Willow Creek, next to the Gym. I remove the library and I started to build. The lote is commerce/ business. My graphic card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST dedicated memory 2GB GDDR5 total memory available: 4GB.
The problem also goes upstairs, but not recorded because the sims are more time downstairs.
I removed the windows in upstairs and the problem was solved, both upstairs and downstairs. I put again the windows and the problem returns xDD

@tsukuri_8 I took a look at your room in game, and yes, I saw the flickering. Even when I reduced it down from 4 windows to a single window, the sims still flickered, if they were standing in line with the window and a bit to its left. Also, all that's necessary to cause it to occur is a protruding wall placed to the left of the window (a wall to the right doesn't cause it). I created flickering all across the room when I placed a wall next to each window in that manner. Here is a video that shows my testing.
