[OPEN] [GTW] Shantilly Framed Windows causes Sims to flicker

I'm playing with Pancakes, I built a bakery and when it is day , the sims that are inside the bakery, twinkle/flash. (sorry for my english, I'm Spanish)

I5 - 3470 CPU 3.20GHz 3.60GHz

8GB RAM 

OS 64bits Service Pack 1

Gforce GTX 650 Ti BOOST, dedicated memory: 2048MB GDDR5  shared memory: 2048 MB

Total memory available 4096MB
