[OPEN] Harvestables from plants in HH Inventory on loading

@triIIian711 Mine happens on outdoor crops to I have no indoor crops and they still end up in my HHI

    Still happening on Xbox. I only have outdoor plants. The harvestables keep ending up in my HH inventory.  It's very annoying. Can't find a reason why, happens randomly but often.
