This happens to me as well. All of my plants are outside. The harvestables I have noticed so far being moved to the Household Inventory are strawberries, chocoberries lemons pineapples, coconuts, potatoes, spinach, and onions. They are all planted in the new Cottage living plant plot. None of the oversized plants from Cottage Living are being effected.
I haven't noted any of my flowers being moved to the household inventory. They are all planted directly in the ground though. I'm going to perform and experiment and move my plants from the new plant plots to the original planters that hold 4 plants. I have two adult Sims that leave the lot for work. I'm not sure which one is triggering this to happen the Sim I created in CAS or the game Sime that was in the game. My expansion packs are Cottage Living, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living and Get to Work. My game packs are Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, and Outdoor Retreat. My Stuffs Packs are Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Toddler, Fitness. Bowling Night, Backyard, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Movie Hangout Cool Kitchen Perfect Patio and Luxury Party.
