[OPEN] [HCHSP] Active Sims obsessed with cooking waffles/pizza

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.102.190.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sims eat food with waffle maker or pizza oven on lot
What happens when the bug occurs? When sims eat, they get up and also make waffles/pizza even though they already have food
What do you expect to see? Sims eating their food without going to make waffles and pizza as well
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After installing Home Chef Hustle stuff pack

Sims keep getting up to make pizza and waffles when they're eating

    @crinrict I do have some NAPs active, but none is related to food cooking. I have Promote Creative Arts, Rock Your Body (and Mind) and Fun-Loving Community active.

    @epaor Could you please create a separate thread for the Butler then and if you don't have any club rule for the for club gathering, yet another for that.

    @crinrict I don't think the butler is really that bugged, because they do cook other food too, but the club gathering, where cooking is not a club activity, is problematic, so I guess the second one deserves a separate topic.

    My Sims also prefer to cook with the new appliances whenever their hunger dips into yellow. My workaround is to store the appliances in the household’s main cook’s personal inventory and only take them out when I intend to use them.

    I had been using a mod to dampen my Sims' obsession with the pizza maker and waffle maker. However, after the update the mod ceased to work and I remembered this issue existed!

    My sim had a nearly full hunger bar. They had just eaten before I sent them downstairs in their restaurant to use the Whipped Dream Cupcake Factory. The waffle maker was upstairs. My Sim kept queuing up waffle making. It seemed to go away after I canceled it from their queue a few times, at least.
