[OPEN] [HSY] Loud Speaker requirement not recognized if non-default color

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just place it down and it won't recognize it's there
What happens when the bug occurs? It says 0/1 Loud speaker and won't let me save without it
What do you expect to see? To be able to save my high school I spent 5+ hours building instead of just keeping it in my library 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? With the High School DLC 

Thing to note I have the same exact issue as the origional post but I can download a school from the gallery and it recognizes that the loud speaker is there but when I place mine back down from my gallery it goes back to saying 0/1. Those speakers were the same color as the ones I used. Green.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place down a pa speaker in any color but white
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t recognize the speaker
What do you expect to see? I expect it to recognize that a speaker has been placed down
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes but I took them all out to see if the problem was related to that but is still occurred without mods installed

Am having the same issue. It only recognizes the speaker if its in white. If I place down a different colour it wont recognize it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Remove the loudspeaker from the high school and try adding it again in various colors. (or bulldoze the high school and build a new one, trying to fulfill all the lot requirements including the loudspeaker)
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the white swatch of loudspeaker fulfills the lot requirement. The other colors are not recognized as being loudspeakers.
What do you expect to see? All swatches of loudspeaker to work the same way and fulfill the lot requirement.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It's possible to place the white loudspeaker and use the Design Tool to change the color. Then the lot requirement stays checked and the lot can be saved. However, the next time the lot is opened in build mode, the lot requirement un-checks and cannot be fulfilled except by going through that process again.

@EA_Cade @EA_Solaire  This was fixed in patch 102. The game now recognises every swatch as a "loud speaker"

I just tried it at Copperdale High School. The white loudspeaker is still the only that's recognized.

No mods or CC, never installed.

That worked for me in the exact same way
