[OPEN] [HSY] NPC ask other Sim regardless of age/rel status to advance rel

This thread is about the following topic (there are still some stray posts in here but I don't have the time nor the energy to fully clean it up):

This includes

• Sims asking your Sims to be BFF all the time although the relationship is too low to actually have the interaction
• Sim asking your Sim to be GF/BF all the time although the relationship is too low to have the interaction
• Sim asking your Sim to get married all the time although the relationship is too low to have the interaction

Because of this, there's also questions the rel bit is actually set if you say yes and they'll get a hurt/bitter sentiment if you say no.

There is another issue that has it's own thread now (lots of posts in this thread would belong in the other thread):

Please use this thread if your teens best friend suddenly ask your Sims mother to become BFFs (example). 

There are two issues that are similar and related to the same system. 

• Sims invading your home without being invited
• The asking to become BFFs or other rel is constant and excessive

There are also a few similar issues with the Crush system and Social Bunny that have their own thread

• Date/Prom invitations target active Sim instead of intended
• Siblings invite each other to prom through locker resulting in romance
• Good Friends all of a sudden (No Interaction/No NPCs Rel Request)
• Romantic Relationships with all Sims/ Disregards sexual orientation
• Adult posting on social bunny about teen related events
