[OPEN] [HSY] NPC relationship questions targets active Sim instead of intended

@cgrimaldi26 They fixed the wants.

This is about the NPCs relationship questions that still have issues.

Do you guys remember which Sim was active at the time of the question ?

@crinrict The first time mine happened (the teen asking the child to be in a romantic relationship), the child was active. I assumed the request was for the teen that asked them to prom earlier that day, so I accepted and now the teen and child are in a relationship. The second time (the teen asking the elder), I can't remember. I thought I had the teen selected, but I was bouncing between them so it could have been the elder.

    I do think that's exactly what happens. The game picks the wrong Sim. All reports point towards that.
