[OPEN] [HSY] [S] [GF] Goal-Oriented: Drama/Scouts don't fulfill Afterschool task

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a teen sim enroll in Llama Scouts as an after school activity with the "Goal Oriented" teen aspiration. Even though this counts as an after school activity, the teen sim is not given aspiration credit for achieving level 3 of the llama scout promotion. Basically there is no cohesion between Seasons (llama scouts) and High School Years.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, the teen is only given credit for the after school activities that come with High School Years.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the teen sim receive credit for any after school activity that is available, including Drama club and Llama Scouts.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Repaired my game and removed the mods.

Cohesion between high school years and other packs. The "goal oriented" teen aspiration only gives credit to the after school activities that come with HSY, not the after school activities from Seasons (llama scouts).

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pick Goal Oriented aspiration for teen sim. Join drama club.
What happens when the bug occurs? The aspiration goal "Join an after-school activity" doesn't complete.
What do you expect to see? Drama club is an after-school activity. The goal should complete.

It seems like all the teen aspirations I've tried just now don't work. Most of the aspiration goals aren't ticking off after completion. I tried without mods too and it's the same. I agree with the original post that Drama/Scouts should be considered after-school activities. In regards to this specific issue, I had a child in scouts who aged into a teen. When I tried giving them this aspiration, the goal for after-school activity did not complete. I'm almost done with scouts so I don't want to quit and lose all my progress just to meet a teen aspiration goal. These kind of bug are so annoying and make the game unplayable. Teens are already boring, but now I can't do the aspirations for them... 

I also tried to cheat the aspiration to complete, but it resets. 

I have a teen Sim that has just joined the after school drama club and it is not checking off the goal in her teen aspiration. 

I want to add to this that if you are in the scouts after school activity and cheat the first aspiration to bypass "Join after school activity", if you are in Level 3 of Scouts then the second tier of the aspiration DOES complete. So it is evidently considered an after school activity for some parts of the game.

My teen sim is in drama club and ‘join an after school activity’ was not completing. I had her quit and join cheerleading to complete the goal. 

@richvhadd I know that scout has a board that you keep track of your activities, add the board to the HSY anywhere so that when you check it you can actually level up properly, since that is an all age activity from elementary school to high school level 3 is actually level 7 or 8 in high school.

Edit: I will have to check, but I think the high school ones only go to 5, but drama club and scouts go to 10.  Though it might be a while because I don't have any kids in my playable saves as of right now.

So I checked the wiki and it only has 5 levels

Edit 2:  After looking at the scout and drama club and comparing them to the high school ones, the scouts and drama club should clear at level 5 and not at level 3.

Level 1, 2 elementary school, Level 3, 4, 5 High School, and the aspiration is waiting for top level of the after school activities which is level 3 for all the ones that came with HSY it would be 3, 4, 5 for scout and drama club which in high school is 1, 2, and 3.  So the aspiration will clear when you reach the top level of the scout and drama club.
