[OPEN] [HSY] Sims come home from after school activity when on another lot

@crinrict My sim has just the HSY after school activity and she runs into this issue. school ends at 3pm, activity starts at 3:30pm, if i dont have her at home before 3:30 comes around, the activity prompt just sends her home and i get a notification that shes back from the activity.

I'm seeing this exact same situation as well. My sim's performance keeps going down because, I assume, the game thinks I'm intentionally skipping the activity.
