Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a sim with the overachiever trait get a job that doesnt have a daily task (such as fisherman or barista) and go to work
What happens when the bug occurs? the sim gets the "underprepared from forgetting daily task" moodlet even though their job doesnt have a daily task
What do you expect to see? they shouldnt get a moodlet because they failed to do something that is impossible to do
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will return home tense because of the Underprepared moodlet, even though there's no daily task to complete.
What do you expect to see? Sim returns from work without the moodlet.

I've tested in multiple part time careers with different sims and only sims with the overachiever trait get the moodlet and it happens in all of them. Happens on new saves where I've never had cc or mods as well.

What happens when the bug occurs? Immediately becomes tense and says she’s under prepared because daily task is incomplete. There us no daily task.

This seems to be a common problem for Sims with the Overachever trait who don't have Daily Tasks in their careers. I suppose the quickest way to solve it is to change careers.

What happens when the bug occurs? The game is giving an "Underprepared" moodlet when going to work as if I didn't do my daily task even though I did.

My sim is an overachiever and every single time he goes alone to his acting career, the gig and not the audition, he gets the tense moodlet from not completing the daily tasks when he has completed them. This is really annoying and needs fixing ASAP.

Could it be that the moodlet relates not to the daily task, but to the self-interaction "Prepare for next task" ?

People with overachiever sims with this issue, could you try "Prepare for next task" before the workday/schoolday and see if that fixes it?
