I hadn't played my broken save in a while, but I wanted to chime in again to say that the sim that was bugged (Nalani, the NPC mermaid that comes with Island Living) was killed and revived via ambrosia, and as soon as I added her back to the household post-mortem, I got the same exact LE again:

I think this bug has now expanded to non occult sims. I am getting LE's for it in a save where I don't play with mermaids at all. I don't know if that requires a new thread or not. I can start a new one though if it does.
Until then here is the LE I get.

I haven’t tried with any other royalties in awhile. That might be though.
