Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a child sim cannonball into the pool with the two French braids hair from Cottage Living.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time, it will change to another hair, and the sim's outfit will change as well.
What do you expect to see? The hair and outfit staying as I put them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

This is really annoying, as I have to pull her into CAS each time she wants to cannonball to fix her - as you can see from the screenshots, her lower body is also missing. The first one is her as she normally is, the second is right after she hit the water. Assuming that they attach properly, of course. The hair chosen is completely random, this was the first time I had gotten the towel one though. I made sure it wasn't a mod doing this, as well as generated a brand new Sims 4 folder and checked my installation, and everything seems to be fine on my end. Not sure what is causing it, but it is definitely triggered by a cannonball into the pool - though I haven't tested it with other pool interactions yet.
