@Naa45702 Checked your Sims and it seems that outfit was saved with the scales.
There seems to be something off with the link form function in CAS. You can make them wear scales in the human form if you link them. I'll test this on fresh Sim as well to see if it also happens.

Could you maybe adjust your report to reflect this ?
I'm a little confused. It defaults to linked. Does unlinked make it work better?
@Naa45702 If you unlink the, then the scales are not transfered to the other form. You can also individually link each part if you like.
