Same problem here.
Teen sim created in CAS, grew up on Sulani, probably went swimming there (I honestly can't remember anymore), is now a young adult living in San Myshuno who gets cold chills from swimming even though she's never been swimming since leaving the island about two ingame years ago.
Inside, outside, hot weather, cold weather, wearing different outfits etc.
I have the indoor heat turned on, it doesn't help.
As far as I can remember, she's never had Kava in her life.
Same. I could share my save if I knew how! Sims went as children, one of them caught the sudden chill plague. Has followed her into her teens and idk if it's me, but it seems like it happens more and more often. I tried using cheat to remove the moodlet but she still stays blue, even after the moodlet is gone. It didnt bother me for awhile but now it's really starting to get annoying.
