Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Craft a wooden toilet, place the wooden toilet, select "Study for historical insights" on the wooden toilet, observe the chaos.
What happens when the bug occurs? While the Sim does indeed "study for historical insights", they will also pee while standing up, regardless of gender.
What do you expect to see? I love how many useful essays are on this site http://supremestudy.com/essay-examples/macbeth/  and oh then I see my Sims not taking a * while studying their toilets. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I thought maybe the toilet needed repairs. Now my eyes and Sims need repairs.

Can you upload your save file ? You can try reinstalling the game that worked for me,but i didn't have this bug you are experiencing though

Great pictures of the glitch. LOL I had a good laugh. Even ladies peeing like a guy!

All the same as you described, though the mosaic blur that happens when they use the toilet isnt showing for me for this interaction. Which is different from your images. 

Omg. I tried really hard to not snort-laugh when I saw this bug and I epic failed. 😂 Ngl I had to try this too. 

Don't get me wrong, bugs in this game are super frustrating, the struggle is real. But every once in a while you see a title like this and it's just...a true gem.

Bug or feature?
