I suddenly have this after the Horse ranch update/pack.

I got this issue after the horse update too, but from what I've seen it's only the outer house doors that seem affected. I had a werewolf and I didn't want them rampaging inside the house and breaking everything so I locked the 3 outside doors for the werewolf and right before she went on her rampage she walked in the front door and right out one of the back doors. She then went into her rampage outside and went straight to the bathroom to break the tub so I decided to lock the bathroom door for her as well and that successfully trapped her in there so she was only destroying that one room at least.

I have this issue all the time where I set-up the master bedroom for the parents to only enter and the children enter. Sometimes then get stuck and other times can walk right back out. When they get stuck, I have to "unlock" the room for them and redo the locks. This is a pain because sometimes, I have to then wait until the children who are in school return from school. Since I found out one issue is that if they are not at home, they are not included in the "lock" out of the room. Only those sims who are at home when the locking is done may be locked out.
Twice today while playing I had a bedoom which only allowed two of my sims to be in and another one walked right into the room and back out. I double checked who had access and only the 2 who I set according to the game had access; but the other sim was able to go in and out with no issue.
Then later, I had locked the toddler in her room with the room being locked to everyone. The father was able to walk right into the room and back out. He came into mop up a mess. I relocked the room and then he was not able to enter. However, why do I have to constantly keep relocking rooms. just a pain to have to relock houses so that strangers do not wander in. What am I doing wrong to have so much repetitive issues with the locking of sims in and/or out of rooms?

I never had this issue before, it has popped up this week: I locked the door for one specific Sim, her name is Darling, but I've noticed a few times that even though the door is locked for her, she still goes in that room.
