How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them (aside from kits).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a pond, then go to Manage Worlds view.
What happens when the bug occurs? In Manage Worlds/Map view, the lot on which you just placed a pond suddenly looks very strange and all terrain/terrain paint is visible.
What do you expect to see? A normal view from Manage Worlds that fits the rest of the map & lots.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

After updating to the newest patch and creating a pond, the lot I worked on suddenly looks very strange from Manage Worlds view - namely, it shows all terrain and terrain paint and stands out from the rest of the map by a lot. Bulldozing the terrain fixes the issue, but as soon as I placed another pond, the issue came back. Checked on another lot, and the same thing happened. I also saved the lot (including pond) to my library and placed it in another save, and it still looked the same, strange way in Manage Worlds. I don't have any mods in my game at the moment. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
