I'm having the same issue, except my sim can actually sit down at the computer and fulfill the task on her taskbar, but on her career tab, the upload feature never gets completed. I'm so bummed.

I have gotten passed this issue, but this is the file I saved when I was working through the problem. From my issue report, you can see that I used CC/Mod. But then I made a completely vanilla game and had the same issue. I'm so new at ONEDRIVE and such. If this does not help...sorry 😓

I should have solved the problem by letting Sim use a computer, but there are still some parts that behave strangely.
The challenge of Sim sending photos to the client was not recognized as an achievement.
Also, photos sent by Sim to the client were sent back by mail before being evaluated.

The challenge was successful when Sim sent Nalani's photo photo to the client again.)
My expectation is that in the challenge of taking a photo, I succeeded by taking a different model ( Nalani ), but I didn't choose the right pose photo, so I didn't succeed in the next challenge maybe. ( Isn't it just achieved by sending it to the client? )
