@SmoggyLambGG Strange... In my game this doesn't work... Maybe there is another problem or solution to fix this...

I'm having the same issue. Playing off grid and my sim will not put trash in the can on their own. And as we know you do not receive power credits if you drag it in yourself which renders this trash can completely useless on an off the grid lot and pointless on the grid. :/
