I just had my first Weenie Roast and there were FIVE fire outbreaks. 15 guests, two fire pits. I started with higher comfort rating seating but, thought that might be why the fires were starting. Wrong kind of seating, perhaps. So after the second fire I switched it to one pit with three of the camping style loveseats and the other pit with all but one space filled with Gordian throne chairs. It was very difficult to accomplish any of the goals since the guests were constantly running to the front of the lot when each fire started. (I'm on a MacBook Pro with OS Sierra 10.12.1)
I have the same problems...without chairs....the ground just caugh on fire THREE TIMES in a single weenie roast party....quite a party breaker...
Not sure if it is linked with this bug but no one of my sim was able to extinguish these fires (no path error was occuring everytime) I had to wait for a sim to catch fire and then, by extinguishing the sim the ''ground fire'' went out too...
could you please create a new thread ? This one is from 2016 and doesn't use the template.
2019 and I just bought a bunch of expansions and yea I've killed half my town because if this fire and I have also moved chairs back. The people actually catch on fire it's bonkers .. can't seem to figure out how to avoid this :-/
