[OPEN] Origin is hosting Gallery under old ID

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.70.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of the packs except: snowy escape, journey to batuu, moschino, nifty knitting and paranormal.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search the EA Account ID 'aleachii' in the sims 4 gallery. It will come up with my gallery, which should be called 'poriumG'.
What happens when the bug occurs? My gallery is showing both of the names 'aleachii' and 'poriumG' on the same gallery page for different things. My uploads are created 'By: aleachii' and all of my comments appear as being published by 'poriumG'. It should just be 'poriumG' - which is my origin/EA ID. Even though the name 'poriumG' appears on my gallery, when you click on it, it directs you to my gallery having the name 'aleachii'. It also doesnt appear if you search by EA account ID in the gallery search.
What do you expect to see? Every account name label on my sims 4 gallery should be 'poriumG' - this is my origin/EA ID.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This is super confusing to others on my gallery, as it looks like another account is replying to comments and you can't search for my gallery with my actual EA ID. I tried to get help for this before, but nothing got resolved - it's been like this since 2019 now.
