[OPEN] Origin is hosting Gallery under old ID

Hello, 

I have been playing the sims for many years [all the way back to the original sims which got me hooked lol} and I was hacked a while back for the first time, and the hacker changed my username. I quickly recovered my account, my username was changed back and I added extra security measures as a precaution. However, since then - it's been quite a while - the gallery in game refuses to reflect the username change back to my true ID. It still reads all my creations as "prettydeska" which was the name the hacker changed my account name to. I have contacted EA support and they have it marked as a possible bug but it's been driving me absolutely insane top see this name on my creations for so long now ☹️ Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything else I can try? I have tried re-downloading the Origin client and also re-uploading my creations.
