[OPEN] Past Romantic Relationships still using Romantic Greeting

Same issue as well.  Sims greet their ex lovers with a Cute Wave , Passionate Kiss , Blow Kiss and the Cheek Kiss social that was mentioned above. It doesn't matter if the romance bar is 0  through -100 they'll still greet their ex lover(s) with one of the romantic greetings.
