@crinrict I reload the game and tried again the next day at 4pm this time (16:00) and the pizza never arrived. It was the pepperoni one though. I waited 2 sim hours. I have to ask, is it because my house trait is Private Dwelling?
I tried testing my family by removing the trait Private Dwelling at my house, and actually after a few minutes the pizza arrived without a problem, and it was the cheese one too, so yes, the Private Dwelling trait does conflict with pizza deliveries.
Not sure if somebody write it here, but also happend to me if pizza deliver boy (girl) is just walking around your place - and they do it quite often. They cannot be visible on your lot or any place around what you can see from your lot. Then pizza will not be delivered. If you wait with call after delivery boy finish his walk and disappear, pizza will be delivered.
