I've tested this with a clean file and with my original file which has grown since the first build and I didn't encounter this problem. Can everyone please post their Game/Expansion list as well as the version of their TS4 executable?
To locate the current version of your TS4 package, browse your file system to "The Sims 4\Game\Bin" then right click on TS4_x64.exe and select 'properties'. The version should be listed under the details tab.
