[OPEN] Plants always die before even blooming

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all EP, all GP, all SP (except: vintage glam, paranormal, first pet, Moschino and luxury party), and no kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ive looked for exceptions, repaired my game, removed all mods but it still happens without fault.
What happens when the bug occurs? every time i plant something, any plant, it dies within the first 24 hours, during that time my sim would be CONSTANTLY weeding, spaying and watering etc. its been like this for a few months and its kinda putting me off anything to do with plants because even one plant is constant work.
What do you expect to see? If i have 20 plants and watch them within 30seconds they one by one die, dry out, become infested with bugs, overgrown with weeds or die. tis will ALWAYS happen in the first 24 hours.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
