I was wondering what happened to that template. Usually it just pops up. I can do a copy paste and update my post.

When you zoom in on the below two images, you can see that the eyeslashes that come with preset eyes are lighter in color with the eyeshape bug error version of my sim vs the darker eyelashes on the non-bugged eyeshape version of my sim.

There is indeed a slight change. See images below.
First image is before the patch (the lashes are solid black), second image is after the patch (the upper part of the lashes is brownish).
