Just a reminder that this also needs to be addressed along with the other eye bugs. The eyebrows for preset eyes eyelashes are lighter in color now.

All of these issues including the one in his topic need to be fixed before us storytellers can continue progressing with our stories because we take lots of screenshots for our stories. The sims look different now, in a negative way, because of these three eye bugs.
I have this issue in my game as well but it's much worse in live mode. Below are pictures of the same sim before and after patch and as you can see, the preset eyeliner/lashes appear very light grey.
This issue has been brought up in the other eye issue topics by me and others. I am surprised this topic has not been flagged with the open tag. This is a an extremely critical issue that drastically affects the appearance of the sims. Without this bug, the eye shape bug, and the eyelids not closing bug all being fixed, I cannot play the game because I can no longer take screenshots for my Sim story.
The DEVs really need to fix this ASAP. It's been a long time now since a lot of us have not been able to play because of these three critical eye issues. If it were other bugs it wouldn't be as critical, but these are affecting the physical appearance of the sims themselves.
I am baffled as to why these issues weren't addressed in the recent laundry list due to how critical they are or how the DEVs haven't given us an estimated time of when we can see these bugs resolved. The silence on this is deeply concerning and bothersome.
