Can we please get this topic flagged as open? It is a known bug, and it has been discussed not only in this topic, but the other critical eye bug topics as well.

Can we please get this flagged as open. It's a critical issue. The other two critical eye bugs are flagged as open, and it would be optimal to get all three of these bugs fixed in a single patch because they all affect the appearance of the sims and render TS4 unplayable for a lot of us storytellers because we can't take screenshots with these critical eye bugs.
Just an update. This bug has been flagged as under investigation on the new EA forum. That is a good sign.
I'm glad to see that this bug is under the radar now. With the eyelids not closing bug now being fixed in the next update, that leaves two critical eye bugs remaining, this bug (lighter eyelashes with preset eyes) and the eye shape bug in which are both open and under the radar. I have restored hope! If these remaining two critical eye bugs are fixed before the Life and Death expansion, I will be a very happy person! It has been painful not being able to progress on my sim story because of these critical eye bugs.
