@PoptartJuniper If I place a lot directly from the online gallery I am able to place more than one without crashing, however if I open my personal library After placing any, lot whether downloaded from the online gallery or my own, the game will still crash. I’m am currently deleting all lots in my Library and will update if the bug persists
Anything in the old library file will be lost, so if possible place saved sims and lots you want to keep down in a save first. You can save them back to the library afterwards.

I removed all lots from my library and downloaded new ones. I still get the crashing issue. I removed my library folder and downloaded a few lots.the online library stopped responding. I closed the application and started again. I now get an error saying Lot failed to download try again later. I tried clearing the cash but this did not resolve the issue. I placed one of the new lots from my library and opened the library again. The game crashed as it did before removing the library folder. I will attempt to delete my library folder again.

@zeHollander What lot is this from the gallery? It's possibly just an issue with this lot. Does it do it with other lots?
Is it a large lot with a lot of items?
- 5 years ago@PoptartJuniper It’s any lot. I’ve tried more than one. The online library is working again but placing any lot from my personal library and then opening my personal library afterwards always makes the game crash
- 5 years ago@PoptartJuniper I deleted the game and downloaded it again. The library keeps making my game crash

@zeHollander Have you updated your game to 1.34? The original post says 1.33. If you've updated your game, deleted your library and reinstalled the whole game and still are having this issue, you can check the current PS4 crash thread to see if something is similar.
If you are using an external drive for your sims, try moving everything to the internal drive.
You can try to rebuild your database.
- Turn off the PS4 system by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
- Once the PS4 system is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep: one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
- Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller
- Select Rebuild Database
- 5 years ago@PoptartJuniper I have done all of this already. It started with 1.33 but continued after 1.34. I checked the PS4 crash forums and did not see anything like it. The only thing left to try is to delete my saves and I really don’t want to do that.
- PoptartJuniper5 years agoHero (Retired)@zeHollander This is definitely a frustrating issue. Does the same crash happen on all your saves? Can you try a new save and see? If your save is very full or very old, maybe there's just no more space for new lots.

I have a similar issue since one of previous patches.
- 5 years ago@zeHollander I've been told clearing the cash also works but ps4 doesn't give this option. How did you do it?
