I can also duplicate this on PS5. 

Hue Slider Broken: GTW Non-Spotted Cheek Makeup

All Sliders Broken: M.A.C. and Base Game Cheek Makeup.

Seems fine: GTW Spotted Makeup

It would be good if this could get fixed by Christmas. It seems like it should be easy to fix. I'm seeing more reports on Twitter this is happening.
