[OPEN] [PS] [XB] Opacity Slider wont move on cheek makeup

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the controller on the PS4 Pro on the cheek make up. The opacity slider can't be moved.
What happens when the bug occurs? Opacity slider won't move with controller even after clicking on it.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

This seems to be limited to cheek makeup as the controller works for other makeups. Also the mouse can move the slider under cheek makeup but the controller can't.

I'm also getting a lot of lag.
