[OPEN] [PS4] Cant Cycle Outfit Categories using L1 and R1

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: all Game packs: missing Spa Day Stuff packs: missing Backyard, Luxury Party, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, Moschino, Movie Hangout, Laundry Day, My First Pet. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The Paranormal Career does not populate once Gundry offers the license, and it also doesn't appear if I purchase the license with Points. I have saved and exited game, fully closed it out and restarted and the career is not available for me to join.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? CAS Menu. The R1 and L1 buttons no longer shift between types of outfits.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I'm editing hot weather wear for example and I push R1 to switch to cold weather wear it does not happen. Same issue with L1.
What do you expect to see? For the weather wear to switch appropriately with R1 and L1 when I push those buttons.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

For some reason this works if you enter CAS through "Edit sim" in a mirror but not through "Plan Outfit" for me.
