[OPEN] [PSP] Cursed objects spawn in inaccessible places

I had this problem while I was doing a gig in San Myshuno at the Landgraab Apartments in Uptown. A pair of spooky hands spawned on the ground level near the front door but I can't actually click on them. Anytime I try the full building is selected and just gives me the options of going upstairs or downstairs only. After the gig was done they just stayed there. I can't select them in build mode either because they're outside the building so they're just there now and I can't do anything about it.
