And it's really frustrating because the Paranormal gigs WERE working properly before the last patch.
Anyway, if you're new to this topic, there's a workaround posted by TyttaMarzh some pages ago, it worked for me but not 100% of the time:

I have every pack and can only properly use half, if that! Why won't they fix things? Why do we have to work so hard to play the game we love. I know games are meant to be a challenge, but not because of bugs and hard earned (wasted) cash! I spend my time in the gallery now, creating sims, getting to know nice people who don't talk down to you and spread the love! :D
