[OPEN] [PS/XB] Cursor is missing

How often does the bug occur? About every other time that I end up restarting the game. 
What is your current game version number? 1.94 
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions other than Horse Ranch and For Rent; Werewolves, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Parenthood, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day; Romantic Garden, Backyard, Cool Kitchen, Fitness, Bowling Night, Kids Room, Movie Hangout, Spooky, Nifty Knitting, Toddler, Tiny Living, Crystal Creations, Paranormal, and My First Pet

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It seems to be pretty random. It happens more when I’m using teen sims. It also seems to be tied to the glitching of simology. 
What happens when the bug occurs? the cursor disappears and won’t come back. It also won’t allow the popup to save the game to come on. 

What do you expect to see? a cursor?

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Consoles can’t use either so no
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? The simology aspect occurred after the patch. The cursor and popup issue occurred after installing Lovestruck.
