yeah, I've experienced that same issue with the Simology button since the update, but also just randomely in Build/Buy mode several times and now my game just randomly crashed while in BB mode. They left the game unplayable...once again :/
They issued a hot fix a little while ago, It seems to have solved the Simology button issue for me at least

I think it was a hot fix pushed out automatically. To XBOx at least, yesterday. I haven’t played today but as of last night the Simology button/cursor problem had been resolved. (Still have lots of random meanness happening though)
My cursor doesn’t seem to be a problem now, but the Simology UI is still glitching on the teens and the screen goes mostly to black if I try to go to Manage Worlds after that.
when did they issue a “hot fix” on consoles? I haven’t gotten one update or any fixes on there and neither have anyone else i’ve talked too?
- @27207c7ea94d5fff Idk if they did but I deleted my game then redownloaded and slowly added back my packs (you don’t have to rebuy the packs)
- @Maddiegurl80000 i heard other people trying this and saying it worked beautifully for a few hours but then went back to the same glitch again after awhile so just be cautious. All in all, happy that your game seems to be working again.
- @27207c7ea94d5fff same here, I'm confused as to why that person said they issued a hot fix for it. Maybe they meant that the sims team is aware of it and is currently looking in on how to fix the problem. But definitely weird wording on their part.
