[OPEN] [PS/XB] Cursor is missing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.95.3.2310
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Backyard stuff, cats and dogs, city living, dine out, discover university, dream home decorator, get famous, growing together, high-school years, horse ranch, laundry day stuff, lovestruck, parenthood, romantic garden stuff, seasons, spa day, vampires, vintage glamor stuff, desert luxe kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On console, go to CAS and then try downloading an already saved sims and then try dressing them up and it don't work, or the cursor disappears
What happens when the bug occurs? The cursor disappears, and then when I pause it in th CAS it gets stuck.
What do you expect to see? A cursor!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The last update has completely ruined my game!
