[OPEN] [ROM] Sims Stops Having Their Familiar Present

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Svenska
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.55.105.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, Vampires, Jungle Adventures, StrangerVille, Realm of Magic, Kids Room Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, Holiday Celebration Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a sim have a familiar present, after a while the familiar will disappear (go back to the void or whatever it's called). It happens randomly when you play a sim, and it happens all the time when you play with another household.
What happens when the bug occurs? When a sim has a familiar present for a while.
What do you expect to see? That if a sim has a familiar present it will stay present even if I play with other households.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

So, if my sim has a familiar present after a while it disappears without me telling them to do so. If I play with another household the familiars always go back to the void. it feels odd that they won't stay present, because when you're in the Realm, or anywhere for that sake, you expect sims with familiars to still have them present when you meet them. Now it's just the played sim who has it (and even when you play with them the familiar suddenly will go back to the void without me telling them to), and that takes away a bit of the magical feeling.

    I am seeing it too in my game. I just never thought of it as a bug. I have just re-summoned them. They stay for quite a long time so its not too bad.

    The SimsCommunity listed important facts from the Livestream and one of the items mentioned was this: Familiars can get tired and it’s recommended that you don’t push their energy too much.

    So I use several different familiars and swap them out depending on the situation. It does seem though that they aren't supposed to stay all the time.

    Ok so we have Sims 4 on the Xbox one. And while enjoying the new magic realm, it is driving me crazy that my familiars like to ‘leave’ my side at random. I have 4 sims currently in my Spellcaster home. Mom, Dad, and their twin girls. And so far only the mom and one of the twins can’t seem to keep their familiars with them. The disappearance is random and not confined to just one familiar. Sometimes my killer bunny will stay out for several Sim days sometimes it’s only out for less than a Sim hour. I don’t get a notification that it’s bored with me or whatever either. The other twin has had her familiar out since the moment she was old enough to summon it. I have ran though every familiar I can and can’t find a pattern. I travel and it’s a 50/50 chance on whether or not my familiar will stick like glue or leave with no clue.
