[OPEN] [ROM] Spellcaster's pointed ears not showing up in Live Mode

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Dansk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.69.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All the ones released as of 28/11/2019
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By making a Spellcaster with pointed ears in CAS and have said ears not show up in Live Mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Spellcaster's pointed ears show up in CAS, but not in Live Mode.
What do you expect to see? The features I give to my sims in CAS should show up in Live Mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Started happening after I installed Discover University, after patch 1.58.63.1010.

Before installing Discover University, I had made a Spellcaster with pointed ears. Her ears were visible both in CAS and Live Mode. After DU, the pointiness of her ears has disappeared in-game. They still show up in CAS, though. I tried taking out my Mods folder, create a new save and a new Spellcaster with pointed ears, and they still didn't show up in Live Mode. 

I've attached a screenshot from CAS and Live Mode.

    @StarryMight Wait, what about "Elves" already created in CAS with pointed ears that are turned into spellcasters in-game? That's what my Elves are, I made them before RoM even existed and had to convert them all into spellcasters through in-game processes.

    Sorry if this is a bump, but @paradiseplanet27 , here's what @jpkarlsen told me...

    "Unless there was a stealth fix only spellcasters created in CAS can have pointy ears. It sounds like your OP used a mod to give normal Sims pointy ears. How that will work with converting them to spellcaster I can't say. OP will have to test."

    My 2nd gen "elf" had pointed ears but lost them when I went into CAS to fix outfits and hair etc...now no way to get them back 😩 same with her half sister. They're both spellcasters ("weak bloodline") from an "elf" mother. Also missing occult eyes.

    Also missing spellcaster ears & eyes in CAS. Sims who previously had pointy ears and caster eyes are showing up in both game & CAS with rounded ears, no choices of supernatural eyes whatsoever. ☹️

    @rivakarian : Unfortunately, only spellcasters made in CAS can have pointy ears that don't go away when you take them back into CAS, according to jpkarlsen.

    You said they also had occult eyes, but did they lose them in CAS, too? Hmm...same thing, perhaps? 🤔

    I'm sorry about that, though. ☹️

    @aserpente : Were they born in-game (as opposed to created in CAS)?

    When are they gonna fix this for mermaids?😬 Mermaids, spellcasters, werewolves, and aliens should have the option to have pointy ears in human form like Vampires
