Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build a rounded wall, platform or room. Attempt to paint ceiling by either room or tile mode. You can see only portion of ceiling is able to be painted even if using free build camera or in tab mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ceiling attached to a round wall, platform or room cannot be painted.
What do you expect to see? A painted ceiling that matches the rest of the other ceilings.
