Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Place down a rounded room or floor. 2. Create a ceiling if it doesn't have already. 3. Paint the ceiling. 4. Place a new floor above it, or create a room above it. The floor above has to also have a rounded corner that is the same size as the one below. Essentially just copy paste the ground room/porch above.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rounded corners of the ceiling are white and cannot be painted. Doing so only causes the floor tiles in the rounded corner below to change.
What do you expect to see? The whole ceiling should be painted, rounded corners included, just like it is when you do not have an upper floor.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The most recent patch from July 19th 2023, which added paintable ceilings in to the game.
Example (taken in the base game lot "Parkshore" in Willow Creek):
I was not able to paint that corner.
One on the right has a floor above it.
One of the left does not.

Did anyone get this problem fixed yet? Cause my ceiling is still missing when it’s around the curved walls. 💀 So like it’s triggering my OCD so much that I literally had to pretend it’s not there (especially when playing first person).
I'm also having issues with painting my round ceilings. I can paint them without a platform but I can't paint them with a platform. I don't want to get rid of it because I have specific plans for that platform and I need it for aesthetics.
I'm trying to build a seedy diner and it's really annoying me that I cannot paint this one tiny section!! Grr!
