I'm having the same issue. Well I should say the freezing to death has never stopped in my game. Yes, I play with mods and cc, but I started a fresh, clean vanilla game, and still having the same results. This is really starting to get on my nerves. I don't understand why this issue can't be fixed! Last night I had to exit without saving because two of my sims - who I wasn't playing at the time - froze to death. I've even had to go and bring sims back from the dead because they froze to death while I was playing a different household.
I have seen this too. Its morbidly useful once your population gets too high......😈
.....joking aside.... I sometimes have had to use mccc to force sims into appropriate clothes in extreem situations like this.
Its only annoying if a sim you care about dies in this type of situation. 😯😱😢
This just happened to me yesterday. It's so frustrating. All sims should wear the right clothes due to the weather automatically.
