How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, except My Wedding Stories/most of the kits/Paranormal.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing your own game...? / Save the game after switching between Residential Rental to Residential lot type.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to save the game after the lot type switch, and the game fails to save.
What do you expect to see? That I can be able to switch my residential lot freely without it ruining my game...?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Residential Rental issues:
The moment I try to save my game when I change my lot type from "Residential Rental" to "Residential", my game is unable to save. This issue does not stop unless I change it back to "Residential Rental".
