Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a sim onto a Residential Lot and Change the Lot to Residential Rental, Save the Game, Change the lot back to Residential in live mode and try to save again. Error code 300 shows up and game will not save. Second Attempt: Leave the lot as a Residential Rental, and then try to save. New error code shows up 403:8e5010b7:8773c13d.
What happens when the bug occurs? An Error occurs when trying to Save: Error Code: 300:ef52153:5dfb61ac  The game will not save. Closing and reopening the game while leaving the lot as a Residential Rental, attempt to save. The game will not save, and the error code is 403:8e5010b7:8773c13d.
What do you expect to see? The game to save.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I have NEVER played with mods or other customizations in my game.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure, I do not know when the last game update was.

The initial error code was 300:ef52153:5dfb61ac after I changed a Residential Lot into a Residential Unit and then tried to change it back in Live Mode. I selected "repair game" in the EA app, and was given the notification of the game being repaired: For Rent Expansion Pack. I go back into the game and the same error code appears when I try to save.

After doing some research on forums, I see that some people have had this exact issue and some success in saving their game when they just leave the lot as a residential rental (despite not wanting to do so). I go back into my game and play briefly while leaving the lot as a residential rental. The game saves successfully sometimes. The rest of the time I get the error code 403:8e5010b7:8773c13d.

This is the first time that I have ever had bug issues in my game. I have never used mods or customizations.
