[OPEN] [SE] Can’t see Forest Spirit

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go for a hike in Yukimatsu
What happens when the bug occurs? Notification pops up saying my sim has found a Forest Spirit on their journey and can collect it or make a wish. However, there is no forest spirit.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a Forest Spirit.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This has happened to me twice now. First time I thought I missed it but seemed weird that it happened again. Haven’t had the notification pop up and been able to see a Forest Spirit yet.

    @Shanz0313 You can still play in laptop mode on a desktop

    Could you post a picture of your graphics settings (in game)

    @crinrict haha sorry not too good with computers. Here is the picture of my graphics. My brother put the graphics low so that it doesn’t lag. Not sure if that’s the problem?

    @Shanz0313 It's possible that that's the cause.

    Could you for testing setting them up a bit ? You can set them back to low afterwards. Just curious if it makes a difference

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    @aiichi382 Hm. see no reason why you shouldn't see them.

    1. Which forest spirits cant' you see ? (there's different kinds)
    2. Where did you encounter them ?

    So yesterday I encountered some yellow ones. But those are the only one's I've seen. There have been quite a few times that it's popped up saying I've encountered them but there was nothing there.
